Multiple independent lines
Six parallel freeze-drying lines allow us to run different SKUs simultaneously without cross-contamination or schedule conflict. A large buyer can have a dedicated line for the month; smaller buyers share general capacity. Scheduling runs on 6-month rolling forecast windows.
Season-buffered inventory
Indian fruit is deeply seasonal — mango is summer, pomegranate is winter, strawberry is post-monsoon. Freeze-dried product is not seasonal. We process and warehouse raw-season inventory so that our export pipeline ships 12 months a year, regardless of what's ripe in the field.
Forecast-based slot allocation
Large buyers receive a rolling 6-month production slot allocation against a soft forecast. We protect your capacity — so when your sales pipeline peaks, you don't hear "we're out of stock." No slot double-booking. No capacity auctions. Clear commitments.
From 1 kg sample to 20 MT container
1 kg samples ship in 5 working days. Pilot runs (50–200 kg) in 3 weeks. Full container runs (up to 20 MT / 20' FCL) in 6–8 weeks. Same quality spec at every scale — the pilot and the production run come off the same line, with the same QC.

What is the largest single order you have shipped?
A single 40' FCL carrying ~22 MT of freeze-dried mango to a North American cereal manufacturer. We can go larger on committed annual forecasts.
Can you guarantee capacity for recurring orders?
Yes — we sign annual supply agreements with protected monthly slot allocations. This is common for customers running freeze-dried fruit as an active SKU in their own manufacturing.
How quickly can you send a sample?
1 kg samples ship via DHL/FedEx within 5 working days of confirmation. Samples are free up to 1 kg; shipping cost is typically borne by the buyer (or netted off a future PO).
