icefruz does not buy from aggregators. We sign multi-year contracts with regional farm collectives and agricultural co-operatives, paying above-mandi prices for first-grade produce. Every crate we receive is barcode-tracked back to its farm, harvest date and farmer.
Geographic specialties, not compromises
Alphonso & Kesar mango come from Ratnagiri and Saurashtra — not Uttar Pradesh field-grade. Strawberries from Mahabaleshwar — not imported early-season frozen stock. Pomegranates from Solapur's Bhagwa belt — not blended common varieties. We believe provenance is the difference between premium and commodity, and we pay for it.
Multi-year farmer contracts
Long-term offtake agreements at pre-agreed prices give our farmers predictable income — and us predictable quality. Spot-market buying is cheap but inconsistent. Our partners know that if they deliver A-grade fruit, we take it at a premium, every season, for as long as they grow.
QR-coded crate traceability
Every 25 kg crate that enters our facility is labelled with a QR code at the farm. Scan it and you see: farm name, GPS co-ordinate, plot ID, harvest date, farmer ID, Brix level at pick, and inspection photos. That trace ships with every consignment — critical for EU and US importers facing new supply-chain regulations.
Agronomy on the ground
Our agronomists visit partner farms through the flowering, fruit-set and harvest phases. We advise on irrigation, pest-integrated management, and picking windows. The best fruit is the fruit picked on exactly the right morning — and that takes people, not algorithms.

Can you share farm names and locations for my regulatory filing?
Yes. For customers requiring Tier-1 traceability (EUDR, FDA FSMA 204), we provide farm-level GPS co-ordinates, farmer IDs, and chain-of-custody documentation at container level.
How do you maintain quality across multiple sourcing geographies?
Each region has a dedicated agronomist and a standardised grading protocol. Fruit is inspected on arrival against a written spec sheet — off-spec lots are rejected at our cost, not the farmer's.
Do you source organic-certified fruit?
Yes, on select SKUs. USDA Organic and EU Organic certified mango, pomegranate and strawberry are available with a 6–8 week lead time and higher MOQ.
