Every batch we ship is accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis — not just a dry-weight spec sheet, but a full workup covering moisture, water activity, microbiology, pesticide residue and heavy metals.
Our in-house laboratory
Our on-site laboratory runs moisture, water activity (Aw), colour reading, size distribution and visual checks on every batch before packing begins. Instruments include Karl-Fischer titrator for precise moisture, NIR spectroscopy for rapid in-line checks, and a calibrated Hunter-Lab colorimeter for colour consistency.
Third-party NABL verification
On top of in-house testing, external NABL-accredited laboratories run the heavyweight tests at regular intervals: full-panel MRL (Maximum Residue Limit) pesticide screening, heavy metals (Pb, Cd, As, Hg) by ICP-MS, microbiology (Total Plate Count, Yeast & Mould, E. coli, Salmonella, Listeria), and allergen cross-contamination panels.
Every shipment ships with a COA
A signed Certificate of Analysis travels with every container. For EU importers we align with Regulation (EC) No 882/2004 format; for US buyers we prepare FDA-aligned documentation. The COA becomes the reference document for the shipment — if a parameter is out of tolerance, the batch does not leave the warehouse.
Two-year retention samples
A sealed reference sample from every batch is retained in our sample vault for 24 months. If a shipment needs re-testing six months after arrival — for a customer dispute, for a new regulatory filing, or just for curiosity — we pull the exact sample and test it again.

Can you test against a specific customer spec?
Yes. We will align our in-house and third-party testing to your written specification — including any market-specific MRL panels (EU, US, Japan, GCC).
Are COAs digital or paper?
Both. A signed PDF travels via email with every shipment, plus a wet-ink paper copy in the container document pouch.
