Phytosanitary Certificate, APEDA RCMC, Certificate of Origin (GSP where applicable), Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Bill of Lading, Marine Insurance — all prepared and cross-checked before the container is booked. No last-minute scrambles at port.
Dry container by default, reefer on request
Freeze-dried product is ambient-stable and doesn't need refrigeration. We ship in dry 20' or 40' FCLs as standard. For extreme-humidity transit routes (equatorial transshipment) or specific buyer protocols, we also load reefer containers with controlled humidity.

What is your typical lead time from PO to BL?
For in-stock SKUs: 10–14 days. For fresh production runs: 6–8 weeks depending on volume and packaging format. Private-label artwork adds 2–3 weeks.
Do you handle destination clearance on DDP?
Yes, for select destinations where we have an established customs broker partner — primarily UAE, Saudi Arabia, UK, Singapore and Australia.
Can we consolidate multiple SKUs in one container?
Absolutely. A single 20' FCL can carry a full mixed range. We plan the load for optimal weight and volume utilisation, and the BL lists every SKU line-by-line.
